Swords

About

Swords are a unique interest of mine, bearing little similarity to other interests of mine. Something about the simple beauty of a well made sword speaks to me on some level. Maybe its how good they feel in your hand; how strong you feel. Or, it could be the relatively simplicity of them is an escape from the technological marvels of day to day life; a harkening back to older times. Whatever the case may be, and as counter intuitive as it may seem, I find swords very relaxing, and artistic.

Swords of the Ancients

This collection of swords, all designed by Kit Rae, are all considered fantasy swords. According to their collective story, the Ancient Ones commanded the Dark Elves to create these swords upon the entrance of mankind into the world. They were to be used to have dominion over men. The swords were forged of secret alloys, and each endowed with its own special power. The swords have been a critical component of the war between good and evil.
